This award winning advisory firm is looking for an enthousiastic and skilled Accelerator Lead to join their ever-growing team.

The difference you will make.

The role

This is a diverse role and you will perform a range of activities:

  • Contribute to the successful equity raises of under-represented founders in the UK by leading (with support) our next investor-readiness programmes, which will involve the marketing of the programme, company recruitment, company selection, project management, supporting with the delivery of the programme and working with founders.
  • Track and improve the programme content and delivery for subsequent programmes.
  • Conducting 1 on 1 meetings and supporting founders on anything from. their deck, pitch practice, value proposition and drivers, financials, investor proposition and general advice.
  • Evaluating startup companies as investment opportunities
  • Supporting external presentations, and ecosystem reports
  • Conducting market research on emerging industry trends
  • Support our various ecosystem partner relationships and manage partner relationships
  • Creating engaging content for our startup and investor community

What you bring to the table.


A confident, energetic, and diligent person with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal

communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail, and able to pick things up quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent client-facing and internal written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence to present to an audience of startups (with some guidance) and run 1 on 1 sessions with founders.
  • Passion for the startup and venture ecosystem
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
