• As certified adviser who uses specialist Mortgage and regulatory knowledge to help new and existing customers with their Mortgage and Protection requirements, you will deliver an excellent customer experience.
• You will provide expert advice and ensure that all regulatory and service standards are followed and compliantly fulfilled and dealt with their needs appropriately.
• You ensure customers are dealt with professionally, refereed to the right person or channel where appropriate and identify and support customers in vulnerable circumstances.
• For Candidates – CeMAP (Certification in Mortgage Advice and Practice) to Level 3 is a mandatory requirement before applying for the role.
