The difference you will make.

You will be supporting our Sales and boosting our Sales for our investment management domain for the German area for the retail department of our funds. Your role will be allround and more in the field of traditional marketing tasks and less on digital marketing. Hence, you will be working on Marketing and writing of all content for our brochures, our advertisements, our investment products both existing and new and next to that you will also be attending and hosting Roadshows and other formal events for our Asset Management company and our potential clients. Here are some more of your responsibilities

  • Development of sales ideas and marketing approaches in cooperation with the fund management, sales, research and product management departments
  • Conception and implementation of presentations and sales stories for customers and sales partners
  • Implementation of sales promotion measures (brochures, flyers, videos, etc.) and training materials
  • Analysis and preparation of competitive comparisons on funds
  • Implementation and monitoring of projects with marketing agencies
  • Planning of sales events, including roadshows, trade fairs and events
  • Managing digital initiatives (videos, podcast webinars)
  • Internet support (content maintenance)

 

What you will bring.

We are looking for either someone as temporary fit to help with our workload, or for someone permanent to fill the entire role. When searching for a temporary applicant, the below qualifications are less strict than for the permanent applicant. hereby our ideal candidate:

  • Business or finance background; above-average degree (preferably Master’s) or comparable qualification
  • 2-5 years of relevant professional experience in sales promotion/ marketing/ training
  • Experience working in an international environment as that is more dynamic than national envireonments for sure
  • Knowledge of financial products, in particular investment funds
  • Excellent expertise in the design of sales promotion presentations for sales partners and customers
  • Experience in the cooperation with marketing agencies including their management
  • First experience with Photoshop, InDesign and CMS systems is desirable
  • Distinct analytical and conceptual skills as well as a very fast grasp of things
  • Customer-oriented and independent way of working as well as a reliable and teamoriented work style
  • High level of commitment and motivation
  • Profound knowledge of MS Office, especially Power Point
  • Fluent German and English
