Your commitment.
You will be the building block for our entity in the UK, you will have the possibility to become recruitment head after sufficient growth and expansion.
The difference you will make.
You will work closely with the Account Manager, you will form a solid team together. The Account Manager will find the clients and you will find the candidates which best fit the clients needs and profiles.
- You constantly expand your network of skilled professionals in the market and constantly are up to date about where the chances are to be taken. You create new business, take care of new assignments by recruiting new colleagues and maintain contact with our existing candidates.
- You use both your own network and the network of Quintius.
- You are sparring partner and advisor for your candidates, you ask the correct questions to find out what the candidate would like and where we can place him or her best. You can read between the lines of a profile which is sought for.
- Your main focus is to find new people, new colleagues, who fit in our company and who fit the assignment at hand. In that recruitment process always work with our vision in mind “our people are our priority”.
- You will post the job openings on the job boards, assess reactions, do the first interviews on your own and make the first shifting, after that you provide your recruit to the Account Manager and to the interview with the client.
- Contractual alignment with our new colleagues will also be part of your responsibilities.
- You will maintain the relationship at the best possible level with our candidates and partners.
What you will bring.
Ideally you bring your own network on which we can further build and expand, or you posses the skillset to ensure that your network will be increased with new business opportunities and new recruits as such.
- Higher education level of thinking and working;
- Experienced and have worked in similar role for at least 1 year at one of the larger firms or on the corporate recruitment side;
- Demonstrable recruitment experience and communicative skills;
- Able to bring and build your own warm network within our sectors;
- Taking those extra steps that are necessary to achieve your goal;
- Amibitious, honest and having long term vision in mind;
- Determined and enthusiastic to build this branch up with the help of your colleagues
- Making our candidates your main priority
You will certainly not face this challenge alone, you will team up with one or more account managers and one other recruiter in our UK office, all specialized in Finance and IT.
